Congress Applications
Clubs are invited to apply for congresses, holidays or cruises in the year preceding the congress. The forms are completed online and submitted to the Congress Coordinator. Consult the Application Letter below for more details.
Applications are processed on receipt and published in the Draft Calendar.
Applications for 2025 congresses and holidays are now open.
Clubs are advised to check their details carefully and to check for any possible problems. Contact the coordinator () with any concerns.
