Entries should only be made by the club secretary (or other duly authorised club official).

Entry is restricted to teams representing clubs from the Outer Metro Zone of NSW. Each club may enter 1 team for every 75 home club members (or part thereof) as at 1st January 2021, up to a maximum of 3 teams.

All members of a team must be members of the club they are representing.

Cost: $100 per team
