2017 Grand National Open Teams (GNOT)
National Final
November 24-27 (Friday - Monday)
The ABF has appointed the NSWBA as the Organising Body for all regions in NSW. In 2017 the NSWBA will send 22 teams to the National Final - 7 of these will come from the Sydney Metropolitan region, the remaining teams from elsewhere in NSW.
The NSWBA appoints a State GNOT Organiser who, with the help of a team of Regional Organisers, is responsible for conducting the tournament in NSW.
The 2017 Grand National Open Teams Final will be played at the Tweed Ultima Resort in Tweed Heads.
Information about the National Final will be found (when available) on the ABF website at www.abfevents.com.au/events/gnot/2017/.
For 2017 there is a change in the way qualifying teams are subsidised to attend the national final. For teams using air travel to Tweed Heads the ABF will be purchasing airfares for 4 team members rather than providing cash subsidies. More details are on the ABF Website.
