It was a close affair this year in the 2019 State Wide Pairs, with winners Margaret Dunlop and Nancy De Ville from Camden Haven (Lusc) less than a third of a top ahead of Rosemary and David Smart from Cromer.
The next Club Level Directors' course will be held at the Trumps Bridge Centre on Saturday Feb 15, 2020.
Invoices for next year's State affiliation fees were emailed out to all clubs on Fri 15th November. Please advise the NSWBA if the wrong email address has been used.
The four Zonal Councillors elected by the Affiliated Clubs to represent them on the NSWBA Council for 2018-2019 are:

This year’s runaway winners of the State Wide Pairs were Sanjay Sinha and Neville Nott with a huge score of 79% over 12% clear of their nearest challengers. They only had one below average score. Congratulations on a remarkable effort.
The Bega Valley Bridge Club has recently conferred Life Membership on one of its members, Suzanne Donoghue.

The results for the 2017 Under 100 Masterpoints Championships Finals, played on 26th November at 12 separate venues around the state, are now available. The scores from all venues were matchpointed across the state and the results calculated for all 166 pairs who competed. This year's clear winners were Judy Burton and Jan Chivers from Cromer Bridge Club with a score of 70.45 %. Congratulations on a great effort.
There were 442 pairs competing in 24 different clubs, an increase of 30 pairs and 1 club from 2016. Final positions of all pairs can be found below.
Affiliated bridge clubs can directly elect 4 representatives to the NSWBA Council for 2016-17. These representatives, called Special Councillors, will represent the 4 zones.
The NSWBA now asks Clubs for nominations as Special Councillors.
